FixMyPC can resolve the problems you might be experiencing on your home PC. These problems might include;

We charge at an hourly rate so the cost to you can be under your control, we will do as much, or as little, as you need us to. We do recognise that an hourly charge rate could result in the cost of resolving the problems exceeding the value of your PC so, in some circumstances, we will cap the charge at an amount we agree with you, in advance.

Small Companies

We carry out the same services for companies as for domestic customers - we will fix your computers, address software problems etc. In addition, we have considerable experience in the commercial world and we can help you use your computer(s) to solve business problems. We do this by developing small commercial applications to address specific comercial issues like;

• Job costing
• Invoicing
• Resource scheduling
• Sales Analysis (who bought what, when, and for how much)
• Puchasing Analysis (how much do I owe to whom and when is it due)

Hardware Repairs We carry a range of spare parts to enable us to get your PC up and running quickly.	Email, Internet, and Broadband Problems These problems can range from incorrect configuration on the PC to a fault on the telephone line or cable. We can identify and correct PC, modem and router configuration problems and assist you in dealing with your broadband service supplier.
Wireless Networks If you already have a wireless router, we can congifure it for you. If not, we can supply one. We will ensure that it is secure (transmissions are encrypted) to keep your sensitive data away from prying eyes.	PC's built to suit you We will discuss your PC needs with you, specify an appropriate machine, build it, deliver it and install it in your home. If you have an old PC, we will also ttransfer your data on to the new one for you.
Virus Detection and Removal We use industry standard virus removal procedures to remove viruses from your PC, and install anti-virus software appropriate to the power of your computer.	Setting up your new PC, transferring your data If you have already bought a new PC, we will assist you in setting it up. We will ensure your PC has a recovery capability, in case of disasters and advise you backup practices. We will also configure your peripheral devices and install your software.
